We have extensive valuation experience in all asset classes. The company’s principal is an MAI with over 20 years of valuation experience and thousands of commercial assignments to date, with a majority related to the hospitality industry. We perform hotel appraisals nationwide and the Caribbean maintaining permanent licenses in twelve States plus PR and USVI. We perform general commercial throughout Texas. For residential, our knowledge of local neighborhoods and education as certified appraisers makes us qualified to provide property valuations in the Austin Metropolitan Area for clients ranging from national mortgage companies to local lenders or individual businesses and owners. New offices are planned for New York, Florida, and Southern California in 2022.

We have tremendous familiarity with real estate development and capital investment projects. We have represented principal ownership for the new ground up construction/ restoration/ renovation.
